ORDERING

The following steps will guide you through your order.

Shopping cart
Select the size and colour for your item (if applicable) and use the “Add to cart” button. If the item or size is not in stock, please regularly check again for a status update. You can also ask us through the contact form. Click on ”View Cart” to proceed with your order.

Checkout Method
Here you can either checkout as a guest or register. Registration will give you the following advantages:

  • Saving your personal details and card details for faster shopping.
  • Managing your personal details and delivery address, order status, order history and e-mail preferences.

Billing & Delivery Address
Enter the delivery address details. Delivery address can be different from your home address.

Shipping Method
Here you see the shipping methods and shipping rate. This is the last step before payment where you can check the order details and make changes. When you agree, press continue.

Payment Information
Ganja-inc accepts Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and iDeal. Select your preferred payment method and follow the steps in the secured payment gateway. Once your payment has been completed, you will be redirected to our webshop. You will receive one email regarding the completed order and a invoice attached. If your payment is canceled or fails you will be redirected to our webshop and you will see a notification containing the error. Try selecting a new payment method. If the error keeps occurring contact us for more information.

DELIVERY TIME

Your order is processed and sent for shipping within 3 days. Delivery takes 2 to 8 business days. International orders could take up to 10 or 12 business day.

If your country has strict custom clearance policies (USA for example) it could happen that your parcel is held for inspection puposes. In this case contact your customs office for more information on the delivery date. Please also do inform us about this situation so that we can start an investigation.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Returning
Items purchased on our web shop can be returned within two weeks of time after receiving the goods. Please fill in this form and send it to [email protected] After sending the form, you can send the returned goods to Grote Beerstraat 26 2516 BZ The Hague. Please include the filled-in form with the original packaging. The packaging boxes are part of the product. If you have ordered multiple items that you would like to return make sure you send them in the same package.

Faulty Goods
Items which are damaged upon receiving, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase, are considered faulty. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear do not fall under the category faulty goods. In case of faulty goods you may exchange your item for the same product and in the same size. If the item is irreplaceable/unavailable you will receive a full refund.
